I'm an IT professional based in Christchurch, New Zealand with a hands-on approach to keeping infrastructure healthy and users productive. I thrive in environments where reliability isn't optional.

My work spans the full IT stack — from physical networking and server rooms to cloud-hosted identities and Microsoft 365 tenants. I care about clean documentation, clear communication, and systems that don't wake anyone up at 3am.
